Home again, Home again, Jiggety-jig!
March 7, 2024
I’m home! I’ll be on a Soft-GI diet for the next 4-6 weeks and then can transition into unrestricted diet. Things have not “healed” yet and that will take more time, hence the special diet. But we are past the crisis point.
It’s so nice to be home again and Hairy Potter thinks so too. I came home and immediately laid down on the bed … he hopped up … and we snuggled for two hours. Tonight I get to snuggle with my girlfriend!!
This is the conclusion of just the second leg of my journey. Please do not stop praying for me and Linda … and my medical teams. The third leg of the journey (unless we hit a detour) is the Immunotherapy infusion on Tuesday of next week.
We are so grateful to God for his goodness to us in guiding and sustaining us. Thanks too, to the Mercy Medical Staff: Dr Engelman, Dr. Mortenson and Dr. Rodriguez, and to the extra special Nightengales: Mackenzie, Mandi and MaKenna (aka: Poop Squad). Thanks and lots of love to my girlfriend who endured moments of tenseness with tears, due to fatique and restlessness on my part.
Untold thanks to all of you who endure my ramblings in this blog and continue to read and pray.

March 8, 2024 at 5:48 pmGreetings Tim,
This is Chuck Replogle praying for God’s very best for you. God certainly provides Grace needed. I have always appreciated your ministry because it is clearly seen in what you do. I have had the privilege of praying for you in a variety of ways. Your faith is an encouragement to me when I read of your journey through the procedures you experienced because I am experiencing similar health issues. You are not alone in your journey. I hope it will an encouragement to you as well. Amen.
