Mini Sewing Retreat

Westside Sewing, in Cedar Rapids Iowa is my destination for the next two days. My girlfriend has a vendor show at the Lindale Mall on Friday-Saturday. I’ll take her there and help her set up her NORWEX display. But instead of sitting at the mall all day watching people I’ll be headed over to Westside Sewing with Fergus (my Epic II) and will do some sewing/embroidery. These folks at Westside have been so gracious in allowing me to come for two days and use their space as a “workshop” away from home.
Fergus? … yes I named him and I know that’s weird! The Topaz 50 is Phoebe and the Opal is, of course, Opal!
