Not All Who Wander

My “wandering” today took me early to Cedar Rapids for my sewing class at Westside Sewing. I was grateful for the personal attention given by Kate and Shelley before, and after, class as they answered my questions and gave me some helpful tips. So, while I wandered on the roads alone (my girlfriend was home attending the virtual NORWEX conference all day) all was not lost because I came home armed with some additional skills and know-how.
Still seated, and with earbuds in her ears as she listened to the conference, I sat next to my girlfriend and designed and stitched out a new tea towel. In this case, I took an idea from a bumper sticker I saw on the back of an RV not long ago. “Not all who Wander are Lost”.
